Zulu Caffe is under the direction of executive chef Brian Ford. With more than 15 years in the food industry, Ford graduated from the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City and later polished his skills as Executive Chef at Quiessence Restaurant and the Farm at South Mountain.  Ford then opened Madelyn’s to bring his passion for high-quality, simple and delicious food to Anthem.  Ford’s cuisine is inspired by locally grown produce, organic, free-range meats and artisan cheeses.  His dishes are simple yet creative, and his colorful presentations are best described as “casual contemporary.”
